Every 45-minute session at Peak Boxing Gym or Worthing High School is led from start to finish. Strength, mobility, and cardio all worked in. Every exercise explained, demonstrated, and adjusted for your body.

Hi, I am Ana.

I have been a coach for over 10 years. Motus started because I kept seeing the same thing: people who genuinely wanted to feel better but kept stopping and starting because nothing was built around them properly.

The people I work with are mostly over 35. Busy, a bit worn down, sometimes dealing with niggles or pain they have learned to work around. They are not looking to become athletes. They want to feel strong, move well, have more energy, and keep doing the things they love for a long time.

That is what the 6-week challenge is for. And that is what I show up to every session to make happen.

I am new to exercise. Will I be able to keep up?+
Absolutely. Everything is adjusted individually. You do not need any experience, just the willingness to show up. The sessions are designed for all levels and Ana tailors every exercise to the person doing it.
I have got a bad back, dodgy knee, or an old injury. Can I still do this?+
Yes. This is one of the main reasons people come to Motus rather than a regular class. Every exercise is adapted to work for your body. You will not be pushed through anything that does not suit you. Injuries and limitations are part of the conversation, not a barrier.
I am worried about being the least fit person in the room.+
That concern comes up a lot and then it disappears after the first session. The groups are mixed levels, the atmosphere is supportive, and nobody is competing with anyone else. Everyone was a beginner once.
How much time does it take each week?+
Three sessions of 45 minutes each, plus a weekly call with Ana. Sessions run mornings and evenings across two Worthing locations, so there is usually a slot that fits your schedule.
What if I do the work and do not see results?+
